COVID-19: FAQ

Our Properties

Our properties are cleaned regularly in line with coronavirus legislations.  With hand sanitising stations fixed to walls throughout the property and PPE available for all visitors, we at Lincolns Supported Living Limited ensure our properties are to the highest standard of cleanliness 24/7.

Our Staff

Our staff have regular Covid-19 testing and are all double vaccinated (and boosters) to ensure the safety of themselves and residents.  Staff have access to PPE such as face masks, shields, gloves and aprons within every household.  We limit our staff within houses to reduce the risk of cross contamination within our local areas.

Training

Our staff recieve in house and face to face on a regular basis alongside having access to further training such as NVQ's. During the pandemic our training has temporally switched to online training via Social Care TV, which we have now also given our your people access to.  All our staff and residents have completed their COVID-19 training.
