We specialise in providing Supported Independent Living services to vulnerable young people aged 16+. We achieve this by providing packages which are tailored for young people within a framework dedicated to promoting equal opportunities.

Our ongoing philosophy is to provide each service user with a bespoke package tailored to their individual needs, thus encouraging emotional and social well-being.

In doing so, our goal is to support our service users to achieve as much independence as possible and to maximise their decision making skills. Thereby enabling them to improve their prospect for a positive transition to independence.

We believe that this goal can only be achieved by developing positive and meaningful relationships that respect individuality, privacy and diversity, whilst promoting their self esteem.

We believe that by providing young people with positive role models, experienced and committed key workers, we can equip them with the independent living skills required to thrive in the wider community.

We will specifically focus our work with young people in the following areas:

• Budgeting skills

• Independent skills (e.g. shopping, cooking and cleaning)

• Accessing/Managing education and employment

• Managing relationships

• Self care skills

• Emotional Well-being support

• Advice on substance and alcohol misuse
